GB Limo – Strict Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservation and Payment
All reservations are confirmed only upon payment of either the full service fee or a non-refundable deposit of no less than 50% of the total service cost. All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
How do I earn Easy Ride Rewards points?
In the event of any cancellation by the client, regardless of the reason or notice period, all amounts paid will be retained by GB Limo. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations, partial or full.
Date Changes
Date change requests are subject to GB Limo’s sole discretion and availability. If approved, additional fees may apply for rescheduling. Any payments or deposits will not be refunded and may only be transferred to the new booking date if availability allows.
No-Show Policy
If the client fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location and time, the booking will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the client forfeits the entire payment and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Additional Charges
All pre-arranged special requests, preparations, and expenses (including but not limited to vehicle decorations, catering, special equipment, fuel surcharges, tolls, and parking fees) are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Any additional costs incurred due to client requests, waiting times, or route changes will be invoiced separately and are payable in full.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of war, or other events beyond GB Limo’s control), no refunds will be provided. However, the client may receive a credit equal to the amount paid, valid for use within 12 months, subject to availability.
